CityLocs is on top of their sh*t! About 8 months ago, my shades' hinges broke off and CityLocs was able to supply me with replacement parts without any hesitation. Sad to say, those frames broke after too many drops. BUT, that is the reason why I bought my current shades (which came within a week of ordering them online!)
