All returns are subject to an approval process to receive a RMA number. Some returns maybe rejected if items are in poor conditon or are personalized.
For any manufacturing errors, you may return items in new condition for exchange or full refund.
Customized items can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or defect on the item. Only in exchange for the same item upon approval.
Non-Customized items can be returned for a full refund or exchange (only if unused and in new condition.) Please note You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)
