Simple Spanish Fly Paloma Cocktail
Cold and simple Spanish Fly Paloma Cocktail
6 chunks of freshly muddled ripe mango
1-2 slices of muddled jalapeño
2 oz Tequila
1 oz fresh pressed lime juice
1/2 oz light agave syrup
Add Pinch of Tajin
*Rim glass with Lime and Tajin
*shake all ingredients & double strain over new ice in the rimmed glass
*Top off with Squirt soda
*Garnish: fresh mango, jalapeño & Lime wheel
