How to make carne asada

4lbs Ranchera (flap meat)
5 Oranges
3 limes or lemons
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
1 bunch of cilantro
2 tbls cumin
1 tbls black pepper
Chef Merito seasoning (Sazonador para Carne)

First season meat with Chef Merito seasoning let sit for 20 minutes to allow meat to sweat. Squeeze lemons and oranges over meat. Add chooped garlic cloves with cumin and pepper. Mix in sliced onions and cilantro. Layer in slices of oranges, limes and onions on the meat. Mix together and let marinate for 3-4 hours. Medium heat grill to preference. Grill each side of meat for 3-4 minutes each.
