Extra virgin Olive oil
1 stick of butter
1 bottle Franks Hot Sauce
Drizzle Olive Oil on and add seasoning to wings
Let rest in fridge for 30minutes
Put wings on grill on opposite side of charcoal for indirect heat.
Add apple wood chunks for extra smoke flavor
Flip wings after 15 minutes
After wings reach 160 degrees move wings directly over charcoal for extra crispiness
Melt stick of butter in a pan and add Franks Hot sauce and stir.
Pour sauce over wings mix well and ready to eat.
